Over the years, I’ve built a strong foundation across areas that consistently show up in real operational environments. That includes cost consciousness and dependability, combined with initiative and sound judgment when decisions need to be made under pressure.
I focus on planning and problem solving in a structured way, while maintaining professionalism and supporting the broader organization.
My work also relies heavily on project management, technical expertise, and a strong commitment to quality, safety, and security. Lean manufacturing principles are not something I reference occasionally, they are part of how I think and operate every day.
Areas of Expertise
My experience spans multiple leadership and technical roles across manufacturing and operations. I’ve worked as a senior manufacturing engineer and senior project manager, while also leading fault analysis and supporting cross-functional teams.
Over time, my focus expanded into development engineering, manufacturing leadership, and multi-site operations management. I’ve also held roles such as director of manufacturing and general manager in asset management, with direct responsibility for maintenance and production performance.
At the core, my expertise sits in maintenance management and production systems, where reliability, structure, and execution make the difference.
Time to loosen up
It’s not unusual to find me cooking on a Sunday afternoon, singing while I do it.
Hobbies matter. They give me space to think differently and express creativity.
So don’t be surprised if my blog mixes leadership, reliability, maintenance… and the occasional recipe. Music and reading have always been part of my life. They help me reset and stay grounded.
